Polyboard Enviro 300 Extruded Polystyrene Insulation
Extruded Polystyrene is an environmentally friendly product, but Austech has taken it one step further with the introduction of Polyboard Enviro 300, a Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) Extruded Polystyrene Board with great R-values and compressive strength
Polyboard Enviro 300 is a Green Star compliant product, meaning it can be used towards the Green Star rating system. Even if you are not going for a Green Star rated building, you can still benefit from the reduced energy consumption and increased real estate values of a highly environmentally friendly building.
Polyboard Enviro is produced with a CO2 blowing agent with Zero ODP and minimal Global Warming Potential in accordance to Montreal Protocol 2010. CO2 blowing agents are one of the most environmentally friendly blowing agents and are the next generation in extrusion technology.
Polyboard Enviro 300 has all the benefits of Foamular extruded polystyrene, including high compressive strength, high R-values and low water absorption, and can be used in a variety of applications, including:

Green Garden Roofs will provide some insulation from the soil and plants, but for adequate R-values, added insulation is needed. Extruded Polystyrene is placed below the soil but above the concrete roof, creating a continuous thermal barrier
